Welcome to Kids Adviser. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website kids-adviser.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
The kids-adviser.com Site is currently operated by USB Travel EOOD, a tour operator licensed in Bulgaria, registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register. USB Travel EOOD acts as the booking agent and tour organizer for the camps and events listed on the Site.

2. Services offered
Kids Adviser is a marketplace for children’s camps, festivals, and youth events. Through the Site you can:
- Browse available camps and events
- Make bookings for your child or group of children
- Receive confirmation, payment receipts, and information about the booked camp
- Communicate with the camp organizer through our system
3. User accounts
To make a booking, you must register an account as a parent or legal guardian. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country)
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Bookings and payments
Bookings are processed through the following stages:
- Preliminary booking: reserves a place for 48 hours pending confirmation
- Confirmed booking: requires full payment or deposit (if available)
- Payment methods: credit/debit card via Stripe (secure third-party processor)
- Currency: EUR or BGN; prices include all applicable taxes
USB Travel EOOD acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. You will receive an invoice for each completed booking.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the specific camp or event and are clearly stated at the time of booking. General rules:
- More than 30 days before the camp start date: typically 100% refund minus processing fees
- 15-30 days before: typically 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: typically no refund (force majeure exceptions apply)
- Camp cancellation by organizer: 100% refund or option to reschedule
Refund requests must be sent to info@kids-adviser.com. Processing time: up to 14 business days.
6. Health and safety
Parents are responsible for:
- Disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or special needs of the child at the time of booking
- Ensuring the child is fit to participate in the camp activities
- Providing emergency contact information that will be available 24/7 during the camp
- Signing any additional health and consent forms required by the specific camp organizer
Camp organizers are responsible for the safety of children during the camp activities, in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
7. Code of conduct
By using the Site, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Submit false information about yourself or your child
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts
- Disrupt or damage the Site’s functionality
- Send spam or harassing messages through our system
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of USB Travel EOOD or its content partners and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law:
- USB Travel EOOD is liable for the proper organization and execution of the booked camp
- USB Travel EOOD is NOT liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking
- Force majeure events (war, pandemic, natural disasters) release both parties from obligations

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@kids-adviser.com. We will respond within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably:
- Consumers in the EU can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Bulgarian consumers can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection
- Court jurisdiction: the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. EU consumer protection regulations apply where applicable.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
